Qualifications:

General Description
A Food Handler is responsible for the ordering, receiving, stocking and rotating of all necessary food and non-food products for Frontera Cocina at Disney Springs. In addition, a Food Handler may perform inventory, and must ensure all storage areas are neat, clean and organized.
In order to be successful, a Food Handler must be able to work safely and efficiently in a variety of working conditions. Teamwork is essential, and building/maintaining positive relationships with coworkers, other members of the Food and Beverage Team, and our vendors is imperative.
Work Duties
Follow all safety and food sanitation processes at all times
Receive all food/product deliveries and ensure accuracy
Note and report any discrepancies between purchase orders and delivery invoices
Store all food/product deliveries in the proper location and within food-handling time limits
Date and/or rotate food/product as necessary to ensure older product is used first (“FIFO”)
Clean and organize all storage areas as necessary to ensure cleanliness and efficiency
Note and report any expired product
Place food/product orders as necessary following current processes
Perform food/product inventories as necessary following current processes
Train new Food Handlers as necessary in proper processes and procedures
All other tasks as assigned
