Responsibilities of a Custodian
Maintain internal and external facility conditions as set forth by company standards and procedures.
Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and restock common areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and locker rooms.
Identify needed repairs to facilities and properties and bring to the attention of the General Manager.
Perform general maintenance functions such as replacing HVAC filters, changing light bulbs, and replacing damaged ceiling tiles, etc.
Maintain adequate inventory of all cleaning supplies and materials.
Continuously monitor and address all common areas, offices, breakrooms, restrooms, and locker rooms for cleanliness.
Keep supply closets and storage areas neat and orderly.
Regular and punctual attendance are essential job functions.
Qualifications of a Custodian
High School diploma, GED Certification, or equivalent work experience.
1-year previous custodial experience.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
Ability to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
Ability to learn new tasks as assigned required.

You will be responsible for a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, sinks, and countertops), replenish supplies, and monitor inventory levels.
Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including break rooms, lobbies and hallways
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds.
This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Requirements
This role requires passing a thorough background check and obtaining a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge by successfully completing the required training quiz. Adherence to all security and safety regulations is mandatory
Custodial or janitorial work preferred
