As a Parts Counter Associate, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by thoughtfully assessing the needs of your guests in the Parts department.
What you'll be working on:
* Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
* Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Converse effectively/efficiently regarding customers' parts statuses
* Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up and speaking to specific parts
* Answer calls, provide price quotes and necessary information to customers.
* Review body shop estimates to verify the correct parts are ordered and all pricing is in line with the estimate
* Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
* Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
* Locate out-of-stock parts from outside source and submit an emergency order, if necessary
* Make sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order
What you need to bring to the table:
* Prior auto parts sales experience
* Dealership experience (preferred)
* Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
* Strong interpersonal and time management skills
* Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
* Ability to calculate figures/amounts including: discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Salary: $17.95-$30.00/hour

As a Service Manager, you will lead our talented team of automotive professionals providing world class customer service to our guests. What you'll be working on:
Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and performing appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
Perform multi-point inspections on every vehicle
Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
Learn new technical information and techniques to stay proficient in automotive diagnosis and repair
Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records
Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
What you need to bring to the table:
1+ years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience
ASE Certifications are a plus
X-Time/CDK experience is a plus
DMV Check required
Willingness to participate in in-house training
Ability to operate all auto repair tools
Knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment a must
