Amy Bagwell is a CFO at Derive Systems and is based in Orlando, Florida. She has worked as Audit Associate at Keith Altizer and Associates and Office Manager at United Systems and Software Inc.. Amy works or has worked as Chief Financial Officer at SCT Performance. She attended Aspen University between 2008 and 2009 and University of Central Florida between 1997 and 2005.

Mr. Montgomery serves as the Chief Marketing officer of Cargosense, focusing on product management, marketing and strategy. Previously Mr. Montgomery serviced as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at ORBCOMM, a global solutions provider for the Internet of Things (IoT). Mr. Montgomery also served as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product Management at the private equity backed IoT firm SkyBitz Inc. Mr. Montgomery was a key part of the senior leadership team that rebuilt and repositioned SkyBitz LLC, leading to to it's successful sale to Telular for over $40M. After the sale, Mr. Montgomery joined CMG Partners LLC as a Principal of the Washington, DC office focused on growth strategies for privately held and publicly traded clients. Mr. Montgomery has also served as Director of Marketing for the Transportation, Distribution, Retail and Manufacturing verticals at Nextel Communications. During that time he also oversaw all industry based GPS marketing efforts, including the launch of the nationwide integrated campaign. Prior Mr. Montgomery also served as Chief Operations Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing at Seneca One Finance, as well as critical Marketing, Strategy and e-Commerce positions at Dell Computer Corporation. Mr. Montgomery earned his M.B.A. with honorary distinction from Vanderbilt University with an emphasis in Telecommunications, eCommerce and Brand Management. He also holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from San Diego State University, where he was also part of the academic honors program.

Marcelo Gomez is a Chief Marketing Officer at Derive Systems and is based in Broomfield, Colorado. He has worked as Director of Marketing at Unirac Inc, Treasury Management Officer at Los Alamos National Bank, and Vice President of Marketing at ComRent Load Bank Solutions. Marcelo attended Benedictine College between 1997 and 2001 and Maur Hill Prep.

Richard P. Welch is a COO at Derive Systems and CEO at Weltech LLC and is based in Id /, Sanford, Florida. Mike Kronenberg is a CTO at Derive Systems and is based in Boulder, Colorado.
