Essential Skills * Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Technical Field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field. * 2+ years of experience with plant design, material handling conveyors, and food and produce processing and handling equipment, especially in the fresh produce industry. * 2-3 years of experience with 2D and 3D design software for design and basic analysis. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook. * Eligible to obtain a valid passport and possess a valid driver's license meeting corporate motor vehicle policy requirements. * Project management knowledge including cost, schedule, and quality management. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and applications. * Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines. * Excellent customer service skills with both external and internal customers.
