To meet this ambitious goal, the industry will soon shift focus to designing and constructing new reactors, including advanced and small modular reactor technologies. This role positions you to transition seamlessly into those future projects, giving you a front-row seat to the next generation of nuclear development. Mentorship & Growth: Work alongside senior subject matter experts (SMEs) who will provide hands-on mentorship and help you develop into a future power uprate specialist.
