SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to real product innovation: Support the design and development of new luxury products from early concept through testing and validation, working alongside engineers who bring ideas to market.
Develop and document specifications: Help translate customer insights, regulatory needs, and technical requirements into clear product documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.
Apply and grow engineering skills: Use CAD tools to create 3D models, engineering drawings, and prototypes that support design reviews and performance testing.
Be part of the problem-solving process: Participate in product testing, data analysis, and root-cause investigations to enhance design performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with design, sourcing, and manufacturing teams to understand how products move from idea to production.
Share what you learn: Capture insights, lessons, and design improvements to strengthen team knowledge and continuous improvement efforts.
Skills/Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) from an ABET-accredited university.
* Foundational experience with 3D modeling and design tools (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, or similar).
* Demonstrated ability to test, analyze, and solve technical problems independently, with guidance from senior engineers as needed.
* Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going bases without company sponsorship
