Overview: We are looking for an experienced software developer to join a small, high-impact team responsible for the development and daily operation of our firm's back-office and middle-office systems. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with software engineers, operations, and traders to design and maintain systems that process both real-time and batch trading data. Collaborate directly with Director of Operations to build databases, tools, and GUIs that enhance position accuracy, risk visibility, and middle-office coverage. Design and manage dataflows and integrations - including APIs or other pipelines for prices, settlements, reference data, and instrument metadata. Maintain and improve the flow of live trade and position data across systems to support accurate intraday risk and P&L Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve overnight and intraday jobs to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of critical information Build and maintain archiving and versioning systems for positions, P&L, and trade history to ensure auditability and enable business intelligence analytics Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline. Experience in a financial institution strongly preferred. 3+ years professional experience developing data processing or financial systems. Experience with C++ on Linux, C# a plus. Experience with SQL and database schema design. Strong communication skills in verbal and written English. Domain knowledge in trading of futures, options, equities, treasuries and crypto is a plus.
