Qualifications Required Experience or Training: The candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent, with a minimum of two years of experience in building and grounds maintenance. Basic computer skills are required, and the candidate must possess a valid CDL license. Additionally, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and successfully pass a pre-employment lifting test is necessary for this position. Desired Experience or Training: Preferred qualifications include post-secondary training related to general construction and maintenance.
