Position Summary
Florim USA is seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Mechanic to join our Central Maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations. What We're Looking For:

MSSC Certified Forklift Technician (CFT) strongly recommended
Candidates with sufficient experience who do not yet hold the certification may obtain the MSSC CFT (or equivalent) within 90 days of hire
Working knowledge of OSHA/TOSHA safety standards
Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and on-call as needed
