We are hiring immediately for a full\-time A&P Go Team \(Airframe & Powerplant\) Mechanicin our Outlying Service Centers\. This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign\-on Bonus\.

In this role, you can expect to lead high\-impact aircraft repairs, troubleshoot complex systems, and ensure peak performance across a variety of aircraft types\. You'll work hands\-on with engines, components, and diagnostics while guiding technicians and maintaining top\-tier safety standards\. + Aircraft Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot and repair systems on jet, turboprop, and piston multi\-engine aircraft to ensure flight readiness and reliability
+ Engine & Component Maintenance: Replace or repair critical engine components and accessories including fuel systems, pumps, generators, and hydraulics
+ Safety & Compliance: Maintain aircraft to the highest safety standards, performing FAA\-regulated inspections and system modifications
+ Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct engine runs, instrument checks, and flight\-based diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical issues
Qualifications

+ A&P License Required
In lieu of A&P license must have DD214 form to be reviewed and eligible for company \- sponsored technical certification and future license achievement\. Must have hours of On\-the\-Job training \(MOS/NEC/AFSC\) reviewed and evaluated by FSDO
+ Knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems, blueprints, jet and piston airframe and engine principles

Job Description:
As a Fleet Mechanic, you'll be responsible for routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs across a diverse fleet. You'll also support operational uptime by diagnosing issues, sourcing parts, and keeping accurate maintenance records.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, hydraulic hoses, wiring, engine repair, etc.
Manage and update our Fleet Management Program.
Diagnose vehicle issues reported by drivers.
Source parts competitively and efficiently.
Maintain detailed service records using our company platform.
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of tools and garage equipment.
Follow all company safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic (gas and diesel engines).
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to multitask in a busy environment.
Comfortable using diagnostic tools such as Cummins Insite and J Pro.
Experience with tire mounting and balancing equipment.
Preferred: Knowledge of Ford vehicles, air brake systems, and suspension.
Minor fabrication and installation skills a plus.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Bi-weekly pay

**Job Duties**
+ Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
+ Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
+ Maintain a service van and its inventory.
+ Process paperwork after completion of each job.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Less than 2 years related experience
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
+ Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
+ Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
+ Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
+ Industry related training is preferred
+ Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through
