Qualified candidates will bring the following experience and skill sets:
* High school diploma or GED
* Three (3) years of industrial maintenance experience

* Able to draft, read and understand mechanical drawings, machinery specifications and parts list

* Possess basic computer and handheld devices skills
* Own a complete set of basic mechanical tools
* Self-starter who can work safely under high-pressure situations

* SAP experience preferred
Working conditions
* The working conditions include an indoor non-air-conditioned industrial manufacturing and warehouse environment. Subject to temperatures that range from 65 to 90 degrees in the general working environment and hotter in certain areas of the plant. Occasional outdoor activities in hot, cold, or adverse weather.
* Twenty-four hour working environment. Must be available and willing to work rotating shifts.
Physical requirements
* Must pass and maintain all medical and fit-testing requirements for respiratory equipment
* Must be able to stand on concrete floors for an extended period, climb narrow stairs, ladders, and scaffolding. Work in confined spaces or at heights and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds during the shift.

Mission of

Disassemble and inspect parts for wear, warping, or other defects.
Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools.
Adjust, align, and calibrate aircraft systems, using hand tools, gauges, and test equipment.
Service and maintain aircraft systems by performing tasks, such as checking oil levels, fueling aircraft, greasing moving parts, checking tires and checking brakes.
Perform calendar and hourly inspections and other collateral duties as assigned such as inventory control.
Essential Skill Set:
Airframe and powerplant (A&P) license from FAA
Experience in a civil aviation maintenance environment or military aviation maintenance environment
Keen attention to detail and time management skills
Effective spoken and written communication skills
Ability to adhere to TOA safety and SOP standards
Demonstrated ability to act with honest, integrity, and respect for teammates
Experience with modern avionics systems (e.g., Garmin G1000, Collins Pro Line 21, other glass cockpit systems) is a plus

Requirements
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on company vehicles, including oil changes, brake checks, fluid replacements, tire rotations, and safety inspections.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and manufacturer manuals.
Conduct repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, steering components, and other essential vehicle systems.
Maintain, service, and repair trailers, liftgates, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
Weld and use a cutting torch to perform necessary repairs and modifications on vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
Keep detailed and accurate maintenance records in accordance with company policies and DOT regulations.
Order and maintain an inventory of parts, tools, and equipment necessary for routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
Respond to roadside service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed to minimize delivery downtime.
Work closely with drivers and the operations team to prioritize repairs and schedule maintenance without disrupting delivery schedules.

Job Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school training in automotive or dieselmechanics preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fleet, diesel, or automotive mechanic (beverage distribution or trucking industry experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance.
Overhaul, adjust, and service engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, and other mechanical components.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Operate shop tools and diagnostic equipment as required.
Collaborate with team members and farm supervisors to meet operational needs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic, preferably in an agricultural or heavy equipment setting.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.
Valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
Working Conditions:
Full-time position
Outdoor and indoor work environments.
Physical demands include lifting (up to 80 lbs.), standing, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
Language Skills:
Proficient communication skills; Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Bi-lingual Spanish is preferred

Job Duties
* Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
* Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
* Maintain a service van and its inventory.
* Process paperwork after completion of each job.
Minimum Qualifications
* Less than 2 years related experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
Preferred Qualifications
* Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
* Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
* Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
* Familiar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder and various types of testing equipment.
* Industry related training is preferred
* Ability to read and understand service manuals, plan, and follow-through

Disassemble, repair, and re-assemble engines according to OEM procedures.
Identify parts using applicable manual references.

Examine the engine and components to determine the extent of any defects requiring repair or replacement of the part.
Test engine and operating systems for proper functioning using an array of appropriate tools.

Qualifications /Requirements:
