Ensure that all tools and equipment is returned to the proper location in the company service vehicle. Use pressure washer to maintain cleanliness of the equipment. Maintain clean and organized work area. Follow repair order directions. Complete write-up and provide accurate description or repairs made and parts utilized in a timely manner. Coordinate procurement of required components and ensure timely return of core parts to the Parts Department in accordance with inventory and warranty protocols. JOB SUMMARY: The Fleet Diesel Mechanic position provides a wide range of preventative maintenance as well as service and repair work on the MER fleet of vehicles at assigned Resource Centers.
