Minimum Job Requirements Minimum Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. 1 year experience in healthcare food services preferred. Required Licenses, Certifications, and/or Documentation: Food Handler's permit preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling requirements and use of Nutritional Care Manual. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Demonstrates proficiency with general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and records management. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
