Measures chemical levels in sanitation mixture to ensure compliance with standards. Keeps stock updated and reports food and supply needs to Director of Dietary Services. Stocks lounges on each unit. Monitors temperatures on salad bar, steam table, freezer, walk-in, beverages and dishwasher. Reviews menu to determine type and quantity of meats, vegetables, soups, salads and desserts to be prepared. Prepares, presents and serves food in accordance with established meal schedules. Prepares meals according to recipes, ensuring that the food is cooked and served according to health and safety standards. Other duties as assigned. Wage Range: $13.00-$18.00 Benefits Include: Paid Holiday PTO Accrual WORK ENVIROMMENT: Work will be conducted in a kitchen environment. May encounter temperatures ranging from -10 degrees to 425 degrees around equipment. May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces. Exposure to cleaning agents and chemicals with provided safety equipment. Requirements Ability to continuously stand or walk, bend, climb stairs, and lift frequently.
