Makes and/or presents drinks using standard ingredient(s)/recipes and practicing prudent portion control. * Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, maintaining accountability for all beverages served. * Receives cash from guests, makes any change needed, verifies validity of charges, records charges, and insures vouchers are properly executed, in order to balance all transactions. * Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the coffee bar on a daily basis. This includes requisitioning, stocking and rotating all products needed. * Respond to guest complains in a positive and tactful manner, negotiate a compromise and implement solution. * Locks up and stores all beverages, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops, secures and balance bank and sign out/in keys. OTHER: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, associates may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Doral Golf Resort & Spa from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Associates with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of Employment. Due to the industry that we are in, a need will occur for each associate to provide "Lateral Service".
