Qualifications High school diploma required. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in trades and maintenance within a resort or commercial environment. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license as required by the resort. Written and verbal communication in English is expected. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work with enthusiasm and focus. Strong communication skills required to excel in interactions with guests and colleagues. Ability to be versatile, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines. Regularly, the team member must lift, move, push, or pull up to 50+ pounds.
