The Regional Clinical Manager will oversee clinical operations, quality assurance, and nursing staff performance across multiple facilities while ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and accurate documentation. You will also act as a liaison between corporate leadership and facility teams to support alignment with clinical protocols and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical leadership and ensure policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance across assigned facilities. Support, supervise, and mentor Nurse Practitioners, Physician's Assistants, and support staff. Assist with onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
