The Process and Product Implementation Engineer role is responsible to: * Lead the implementation of new products and processes on equipment/lines in the factory. * Drive continuous improvement through all changes impacting the product making process. * Lead complex solving problems, using advanced problem-solving techniques and 6 sigma methodologies supporting the different pillars in the Mars Supply Excellence program such as FMOS, Focused improvement, and Autonomous Maintenance. The PPI Engineer also has a role in managing change through the coordination of projects between a cross functional team of people, on a local, regional, and global level. What are we looking for?
