Coordinate with tooling and equipment sources internally and externally during development and validation of manufacturing processes. Drive standardization throughout the plant by use of core competency teams, benchmarking, process standards and equipment checklists. Provide mentorship within the Ruger production environment to junior engineers as well as production associates when required. Support companies LEAN manufacturing initiatives.
