The Global Digital Upskilling Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing ERM's global digital learning strategy with a primary focus on AI learning and adoption across ERM. This role will partner closely with the global and regional learning community, business leaders, and the broader HR function to define and execute a digital upskilling strategy, focused initially on AI. This role reports into the Global Head of Learning and accountable to the AI Governance Committee.
Drive Strategic Oversight of AI Capability Development
* Lead the design and implementation of a digital upskilling strategy with an initial focus on AI upskilling and adoption, aligned with ERM's business priorities and digital transformation goals.
* Identify critical digital and AI-related skills and capabilities required across all career levels-from early career professionals to senior leaders.
* Develop and deliver integrated, agile learning solutions (e.g. structured programmes, self-paced learning and communities of practice) to build AI fluency and application across the enterprise from selling work to delivering work.
* Create and maintain AI learning pathways and role-based skill maps to support career progression and workforce readiness.
* Ensure alignment with ERM's Leadership Development Framework, embedding AI literacy and digital leadership into leadership pathways.
Design and Deliver Future-Focused Leadership Development with an AI Lens
* Oversee all related digital and AI L&D initiatives from conceptualization through to delivery and adoption, overseeing adoption-related initiatives across cross-functional teams including ERM's AI Champions community, Technical Communities, Regional activation teams (i.e. Partners sponsors and Digital Champions), and reporting back to the AI Governance Committee.
* Co-create programmes that empower leaders to navigate AI disruption, lead with data, and foster innovation.
* Promote inclusive, ethical, and responsible AI leadership principles through learning programs.
* Drive adoption of AI tools and practices that enhance leadership effectiveness and decision-making.
Partner with Business Stakeholders to Accelerate Technology and AI Adoption
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand emerging AI use cases and workforce implications across ERM service lines globally.
* Translate business needs into targeted learning interventions that build digital and AI confidence and capability.
* Act as a strategic advisor on digital and AI learning, supporting talent development, retention, and employee engagement.
* Elevate the visibility and impact of the Global Learning function through thought leadership and measurable outcomes.

* Contribute to the evolution of the Global Learning team's strategy, governance, and operating model.

What You'll Bring
Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, geology, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
Recent graduate or up to 3 years of experience with a strong interest in fieldwork.
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Strong commitment to safety and following established protocols.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred:
Environmental fieldwork experience.
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Local candidates strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field activities such as sampling, drilling, remedial pilot tests, and system operation.
Monitor system performance and compile data for reporting.
Prepare environmental compliance plans, permits, and reports for air quality, hazardous waste, stormwater, and wastewater.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and clients during fieldwork.
Deliver work within quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
