Coordinate with 3rd party quantity take-off consultants when so utilized. Prepare pricing for all self-preformed work and adjust standard productivity in accordance with job requirements. Prepare estimate summary sheets, subcontractor/vendor comparisons, and bid sheets. Communicate with designers on contract document items not clearly shown on the bid documents. Document using RFI's (Request for Information). Qualifications 5-10 years of job experience in commercial construction highly preferred. Experience in Waterproofing Estimating.
