PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT: Responsible for safety on the jobsite. Instruct and oversee field personnel in the proper and safe use of all tools and equipment. Hold weekly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment. Ensure company EEO policy and all other policies are maintained and enforced on the jobsite. Provide phasing, schedule development, coordination, constructability, and cost feedback during preconstruction. Review all subcontracts (provided by the PM) prior to issuance. Ensure red-lined construction documents are maintained and current. Provide technical instruction and mentoring to Project Engineers. The Superintendent directly administers all work including labor, materials, and subcontractors at the jobsite in accordance with the project's plans, specifications, budget, and schedule; and in line with FORMA's high standards of quality control and job safety. Experience with K-12 and public works projects and 3+ years in a similar role are a plus.
