ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Assemble and wire control cabinet panels and wire entire machine/system and will provide electrical support for debugging operations.
Interpret schematics, Bill of Materials, drawings, and manufacturer guidelines to achieve the desired results.
Any or all "General Laborer" duties as required, reading, interpreting basic electrical symbols, electrical procedures, set up and operation of electrical equipment.
Layout and assemble electrical components to back panel and control cabinet panels.
Wire all electrical components on machinery.
Proficient in use of hand and power tools, soldering irons, bending of conduit, mechanical and electronic test equipment to verify product standards.
Interface with Machine Builders to accomplish goals.
General cleanliness of work area
Must be willing to work overtime and adjusted schedules.

Education and Experience:
Minimum of five years' experience wiring machinery or equivalent experience.

Work Environment:
This position must perform tasks that involve some office exposure sitting behind a desk performing tasks on a computer. Most of their time, the employee will spend time in the plant with low to moderate exposure to noise, heat, and cold environment, other physical requirements include walking, bending, hand dexterity, speaking, seeing, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Steel toe shoes, earplugs and safety glasses are always required while on the production floor.
