ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties may be assigned.
* Assemble and wire control cabinet panels and wire entire machine/system and will provide electrical support for debugging operations.
* Interpret schematics, Bill of Materials, drawings, and manufacturer guidelines to achieve the desired results.
* Any or all "General Laborer" duties as required, reading, interpreting basic electrical symbols, electrical procedures, set up and operation of electrical equipment.
* Layout and assemble electrical components to back panel and control cabinet panels.
* Wire all electrical components on machinery.
* Proficient in use of hand and power tools, soldering irons, bending of conduit, mechanical and electronic test equipment to verify product standards.
* Interface with Machine Builders to accomplish goals.
* General cleanliness of work area

The Welder is responsible for assisting with the entire sequence of cutting and welding operations for a wide variety of repair and fabrication work. The Welder aligns and welds components of metal tools, wires, fixtures and other metal products.
JOB DUTIES
Works from sketches, prints, operation sheets, preliminary drawings, and written/verbal instructions.
Maintains welding specifications.
Sets up and operates all welding equipment.
May utilize different types of welding systems for different tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a technical degree and one (1) to four (4) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Knowledge of Chemistry and Metallurgy.
Understanding of Electricity.
Knowledge of basic computer programming.
