Hold a SMAW 110-18 6GT Pipe certification, and either a GMAW-P Aluminum certification or 3 SMAW and 3 FCAW pipe/plate certifications. Experience Requirements 4 - 6 years of experience as a Welder in a shipyard. Other Requirements Must be able to work in various environmental conditions including outdoor weather, heights, confined spaces, loud noise, and exposure to airborne particles or fumes. Hiring Bonus: $1000 after successful completion of 120 days and an acceptable attendance record ABW is looking for intermediate and experienced welders, who are motivated and take pride in producing quality fabricated parts and meeting or exceeding customer requirements and schedules. This position is located on-site in Sedro-Woolley, Washington State. There is a $2 shift differential for all hours worked on the swing shift and $3 for weekend day shift. POSITION DESCRIPTION The Welder performs a variety of duties and utilizes multiple skillsets.
