Answers requests for patient reports. Packages material for shipment through various carriers (UPS, etc.). Inventories and maintains stock received from referral labs. Fills supply request for outlying areas. Acts as a resource person by answering questions concerning test requirements and handling. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Understands and utilizes various computer programs related to their job (Optimaxx, AS400, etc.). Answers incoming phone calls to the Core Lab main number. Performs various other clerical duties including but not limited to filing, faxing and photocopying as needed. Understands general registration procedures including why and when new account numbers need to be assigned. Hours/Schedule: Second shift rotating start times (1pm-930pm and 2pm-1030pm).
