About the Position
The Client Relationship Coordinator plays a vital role in expanding and maintaining Fedelta's client base. This position combines exceptional customer service with proactive relationship-building and sales outreach. Serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, referral partners, and families seeking in-home care services, the coordinator manages inquiries across phone, email, social media, and in-person channels, guiding prospects through the intake process and converting inquiries into active clients.
This role works closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to care, while also identifying new growth opportunities through re-engagement, referrals, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Intake
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, families, and referral partners
Assess client needs and provide accurate, empathetic information about Fedelta services
Record and maintain detailed client data and communication notes in WellSky or other CRM systems
Coordinate and schedule in-home assessments and follow-up consultations
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessment outcomes and client/prospect records
Sales & Relationship Development
Manage and grow the client pipeline through proactive outreach, relationship nurturing, and lead follow-up
Contact prospective clients, referral partners, and inactive leads to provide updates and reintroduce services
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to identify trends, opportunities, and market gaps
Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, discharge planners, and referral sources
Participate in local networking events, community presentations, and health fairs
Support the development of sales materials, referral packets, and marketing campaigns
Track and report key metrics, including inquiry volume, conversion rates, referral activity, and re-engagement results
Assist in strategies to improve inquiry-to-client conversion through data analysis and feedback
Collaboration & Team Support
Work closely with care coordination, scheduling, and supervisory teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Provide field feedback to improve marketing messaging and service offerings
Support re-engagement efforts with paused, discharged, or lost clients
Assist with off-site activities, events, and promotional campaigns
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and discretion in all interactions

Position Requirements
Associate degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
2-3 years of experience in sales, client relations, or marketing (healthcare/home care preferred)

The HCA (Home Care Aide) Training Specialist plays a pivotal role within the organization, responsible for overseeing and managing the training of new caregivers to prepare them to take and pass the HCA certification in Washington state. Leadership: The HCA Training Specialist works with the Director of Training and Development to provide training, mentoring, and coaching to new and existing caregiving staff. In alignment with regional objectives, HTS drives training and development of caregiving staff in alignment with Family Resource Best Practice to ensure staff performance aligns with FRHC mission and values and also State requirements.
Operational Efficiency: HTS is responsible for designing, developing and delivering training programs to optimize caregiver proficiency, completion of HCA training and the HCA exam. HTS provides training, mentoring and coaching utilizing strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills informed by adult learning theory to foster an engaging learning environment, which is expected to yield role proficiency within prescribed time limits.
Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive statewide HCA training programs and materials, including instructor-led training, one on one coaching, and other resources to support learner success.
Ensure training programs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of training for caregivers - including live, conference calls, video recordings and written formats.
Conduct engaging and informative training sessions that may include in-person or virtual training.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different learning styles.
Provide mentoring when need is identified to foster successful completion of the HCA course and role proficiency.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments.
In collaboration with supervisor, identify skill gaps and training opportunities within operations such as skills lab support, continuing education offerings, and specialty training.
Maintains records of training activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of HCA training program.

Minimum Qualifications
Must live in the state of Washington.
Bachelor's Degree

Our Lead Caregivers are experienced individuals who help with our most critical shifts. This includes but is not limited to fill-ins, new clients and training shifts with new caregivers. Caregiver Job Duties
Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):
Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
Cooking and/or serving meals
Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
Driving clients (as needed) to the store or appointments
Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Additional Information
Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients.
Pay range is $22.50-$23/hr
