Key Responsibilities Configure control systems across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic applications. Assist in writing documentation including design specifications and test plans. Evaluate hardware/software deviation requests and recommend improvements. Draft product modifications and write BOMs. Conduct root cause analysis and introduce new technologies. Provide product support for Production and Product Service. Test software/hardware and write associated reports. Maintain professional development through training and publications. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic experience with editors, compilers, revision control software, and PLM/PDM systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic knowledge of embedded systems and programming languages (C, VB.NET, C#). Understanding of mechanical and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with data acquisition equipment and CAN communications (SAE J1939). Valid passport required. Preferred Skills Ability to coordinate cross-functional design and development efforts.
