About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. This is a vital, full-time, in-office role that requires working closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The person hired for this role will be responsible for:
Oversee day-to-day remediation activities including soil excavation, groundwater treatment, and waste management operations.
Perform inspections, verify field work meets project specifications, permits, and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Quality Control Department to prepare daily reports as-needed, photo documentation, and assist in progress tracking and as-built records.
Support layout, staking, and surveying tasks for excavation and various engineered system installations (i.e. treatment system, shoring system, etc.) and ensure proper interpretation of plans and specifications in the field.
Health & Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce project-specific health and safety plans, conduct safety observations, and participate in toolbox talks.

**Experience & Qualifications**

As an Instrument & Mechanical Project Engineer you will oversee the development and maintenance of project specific Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), develop and maintain critical project documents including Valve, Instrument and Equipment Lists, control system Input/Output (I/O) Lists, data sheets, and other Customer required documentation, assist in the development and management of Control Logic Diagrams and Control Logic Narratives, analyze thermal process data and perform the required engineering calculations to establish the appropriate technical requirements for equipment design Communicate and coordinate with Suppliers, evaluate bids, identify risks, and make recommendations for procurement of valves and instrumentation, develop and manage purchase order packages for valves, instrumentation and specialty equipment, review Customer technical specifications, critical project documentation and Supplier equipment data, and communicate and collaborate with intradepartmental team members to address questions and comments and resolve technical issues.

Four-year degree; BSME preferred, BSChE or BSEE accepted.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first level of fieldengineering support to operational and technical support teams for FieldEngineering and Company's Information Systems and System Users. Monitor, maintain and support all networked computers, printers and associated operating systems and service applications (gaming and nongaming.) Install and troubleshoot digital signage systems including both indoor and outdoor displays, video walls, projectors, monument and pylon signs. Familiarity with VGA, DVI, HDMI, and Multicast preferred.
Perform moves/adds/changes on traditional, digital, and IP based phone and voicemail systems. Basic understanding of PRI, ISDN, POTS and IP based communication technology preferred.
Provide scheduled on-call support for after-hours support issues and resolution
Perform inventory of Company assets and document stock levels for department visibility
Record, monitor, track, and document work performed using the Company's tracking system
Provide Smart Device activation and enrollment into Company's Mobile Device Management System and provide initial user training

Qualifications
