Conduct site inspections and review work orders, building plans, and installation manuals to verify materials requirements and proper installation procedures. Perform routine maintenance of installed equipment Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues effectively. Train customers on software and equipment usage and navigation. Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed and equipment used, following established policies. Coordinate work efforts with the Operations staff and other technicians while building strong relationships with customers. Build and maintain positive rapport with customers. Complete Daily Project Reports. Keep informed of new products and developments Perform a variety of marginal duties not listed, to be determined and assigned as needed.
