What You'll Do:

* You will be working with various software including Trimble Business Center (TBC) and AutoCAD Civil 3D in support of our Professional Land Surveyors completing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys and other survey plans. * Your duties will include post-processing survey field data, importing survey data into a CAD drawing file and preparing base mapping of project areas.
* You may also be asked to perform research online at County Register of Deeds, coordinating "one-call" applications with State agencies for utility information, and contacting various utility companies for additional information. You will be coordinating with the State Department of Transportation and possibly contacting local surveyors for copies of plans and right of way maps.
* You will be reviewing Title Commitments and preparing a draft of Schedule B2 Exception notes after research has been completed, drafting easements and plottable exceptions while noting them in CAD.
* Working with the Project Manager and/or Professional Land Surveyor you will assist with drafting revisions and prepare submission packages ready for review by them prior to submission to our clients.
Requirements:
* 2 - 5 years of drafting experience and being able to show growth in your understanding of Civil 3D commands. AutoCAD course work and certifications are preferred.
* Solar and other alternative energy industry experience is desired, transportation experience will be appreciated.
* Experience and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D is required
* Experience in Microstation V8i and/or Open Roads is a bonus
Qualifications:
* Applicants will have a basic understanding of survey procedures and data collection and a level of knowledge to work independently if working in a remote/hybrid environment. We provide training and support in an office environment and would prefer attendance in one of our regional offices several times a week.
* Ability to work on multiple projects using raw field data and computer data.
* Ability to apply land surveying methodologies, formulas, principles, and techniques to perform surveying computations is not required but preferred.

Appropriately label samples and create required data packages. Ensure samples are properly tracked, documented, handled, stored, and delivered to the appropriate departments promptly.

Assist quarterly with Colilert-18 sample receipt, including a minimum of two Saturdays per month as required.
Utilize LIMS for sample tracking, processing, documentation, and result entry.
Assist in data entry for laboratory results and scan sample submission forms to Accounting as needed.
Follow all Receiving SOPs and Adhere to GMP/GLP, ISO 17025, NELAP/TNI, and other relevant regulatory requirements. Support audit readiness and ensure data integrity in all sample management activities.
Assist Courier staff with scheduling client bookings into routing software and assist Media Technicians, Laboratory Assistants, and other laboratory areas as assigned.
Perform general laboratory maintenance and upkeep; Support supply stocking, paperwork management, and inventory management, & Notify QA and QC upon arrival of Proficiency Testing (PT) samples
QUALIFICATIONS

The Lab Assistant - Phlebotomist collects blood specimens for laboratory tests on inpatients and outpatients by venipuncture or capillary puncture technique. The Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist performs various clerical tasks to include utilizing the Laboratory Information System for logging, receiving lab specimens and preparing specimens for transport. Clerical responsibilities include answering telephones and providing necessary information to inquirer, printing and attaching cumulative summaries and pathology reports to patient charts, faxing results and accessioning outpatient testing.
Requirements:
Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
Formal phlebotomy training in a Medical Assistant Program or other hospital or military based program
Minimum of 1 year experience; can be substituted for the 6 week certified clinical training program
Works with computers, printers, multi-line phones.
Must be knowledgeable of related tests for which blood is drawn, care of blood specimens, and procedures in blood collection.
Must be aware of type and amount of blood needed for various tests.
Must be able to perform venipuncture and capillary punctures.
Must be able to perform a number of clerical and computer-related functions.
Must be able to communicate effectively with professional staff and public.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Network Field Technician - Tier 1, you will support the deployment and maintenance of networking hardware and infrastructure at customer sites around the world. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers and project managers, you will play a key role in helping ensure successful onsite installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with the installation, racking, and cabling of network hardware (routers, switches, access points, etc.).
Run and terminate copper and fiber optic cabling under supervision.
Conduct basic troubleshooting of physical connectivity issues.
Follow detailed instructions, network diagrams, and equipment layouts to perform installations accurately.
Support Wi-Fi survey teams with setup and equipment handling.
Perform equipment labeling, documentation, and site clean-up post-deployment.
Collaborate with project teams and escalate issues as needed.
Assist with site readiness surveys (e.g., rack space, power, cabling paths).
Adhere to quality standards, safety protocols, and project deadlines.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
1-2 years of experience in IT, networking, field service, or a related technical role (internships and school programs considered).
Basic understanding of networking hardware and cabling types (Cat5e/6, fiber).
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team setting.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn.
Comfortable using hand tools and working with hardware in various environments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active roles.
Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends when required.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCT, or equivalent) or working toward certification.
Familiarity with networking concepts (IP addressing, ports, patching).
Experience working in structured cabling, telecom, or data center environments.
Exposure to ticketing or project tracking systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
