Perform other duties as required or assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field and nine years of accounting experience, preferably with supervisory/managerial experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Certified Government Finance Officer preferred. Certified Public Accountant preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to interpret financial data. Proficient with accounting software, databases, and project management.
