Job Requirements
Education and Training:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Attend a multi-week onboarding, training, and check-ride program of instruction at the Beck's Hybrids Atlanta Headquarters.
Experience and Certification(s):
CDL with manual transmission endorsement
Desired but not required, a minimum of (5) years CDL or equivalent experience
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record as determined by Beck's automobile insurance policy.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
At least 21 years of age or older
Physical demands:
Must be able to pass DOT physical examination and obtain Medical Examiner's Certificate.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted.
Willing and able to work outside in various climates, geographic locations, and weather conditions.
Willing and able to work a minimum 45-hour work week and overtime when required.
Expectations
Willing to conduct long haul / overnight tasks as required. This position has the potential to require 2-3 nights away from home during certain periods of the seed year.
Compliance Matters:
Willingly submit to required substance testing and training as required by FMCSA directives, state law, and Beck's Hybrids policy.
Maintain and comply with Driver's Daily Logs and electronic system tracking.
