Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble and install racking according to the warehouse layout. Disassemble old racking; sort, bind and store by dimensions. Move and make changes to existing racking. Measure, outline and paint truck and farm area according to layout. Move product to new racking, according to new layout charting. Safely remove snow and ice from entire vehicle when required/needed. Obtain safety, first aid or other relevant in-service training as required by supervisor. Perform other essential duties when truck is not available or when duties are completed, as directed by supervisor. Responsible for the movement of materials for the plant, in-house or at other sites, to include loading and unloading of trucks, movement of raw materials and completed shipments to and from sites, house call pickups, and storage of goods. Dispose of waste materials in and around job sites. Follow verbal instructions or read work orders to determine materials and containers to be moved. Load materials into and from vehicles, install strapping, bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, assisting truck driver.
