Implementation and leadership of the NSSoD (net satisfaction score on delivery) to measure our customer experience of logistics and trigger improvement plans.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE
The Lift Truck Operator (LTO) operates stand-up equipment to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, move, or place in racks, products/materials in the cold storage. The ideal candidate will move materials in the warehouse, CPG, Natural Ingredients, and load/ unload truck trailers or shipping containers.
Conducts daily inspections on assigned equipment which may include but not be limited to stand-up, sit-down, high reach, quad-mast, pallet jacks, or double pallet jack equipment.
Consistently uses a radio frequency scan gun which is connected to computer (VMU) on lift that directs, identifies and tracks materials as it is moved.
Responsible for physically rotating materials to ensure proper aging.
Utilizes Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to relocate materials to the proper department for utilization.
Will unload, transport, and store all incoming materials/finished goods using WMS.

SWD Inc., located in Addison, IL. is looking for an on-site Dock Worker/Forklift Operator. This role is Monday-Friday 12pm- roughly 8:30 pm starting at $18.75/hr (with overtime as required). Employees leave each day once the dock work for the day is completed.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Accurately load and unload trucks with a lift truck, pallet jack, or two-wheel dolly.
Correctly weigh incoming material using a floor scale.
Identify fasteners or products from the packing slips provided.
Locate and ship outgoing material to the appropriate customers.
Correctly package ups for shipping.
Interact with customers and drivers in a courteous manner. Complete appropriate documents and necessary paperwork.
Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate would have some knowledge about shipping and receiving or a willingness to learn
Being familiar with a sit-down forklift or willing to learn to drive a forklift.
Availability to work weekends.
Positions involve lifting up to 40lbs, standing and walking.
SWD Inc. requires a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical exam for all positions.

Position Overview: Automotive Parts Puller As a key player on our team, you'll engage in the removal of automotive parts from vehicles, focusing on the safe and efficient extraction of valuable parts such as doors, seats, mirrors, body panels, pumps, hoods, trunks, alternators etc. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of these parts, helping us supply top-tier products to customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Retrieval: Locate, identify, and skillfully remove auto parts from vehicles in our salvage yards.
Operational Efficiency: Use forklifts and other lift equipment to move parts safely between storage areas.
Quality Control: Examine parts for defects, label, and tag items meticulously, and input data into our computer systems.
Environmental Integrity: Manage the organization and disposal of scrap and core materials to designated areas.
Workspace Maintenance: Keep your work area orderly and complete necessary paperwork diligently.

Requirements:
Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic focused experience which includes the repair and/or removal of automotive parts.
Outdoor Work: Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.
Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of automotive parts and their functions.
Tools: Must own and maintain essential mechanical tools.
Physical: Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
