This role is responsible for safely and efficiently loading our insulated metal panels ranging from 7 foot to 60 feet long, onto flat-bed trailers and Conestoga trailers. The equipment used to do this is a combi-lift. Forklifts will also be utilized within the plant as well.
Responsibilities:
· Pick and pack customer orders as determined by Logistics Supervisor, in order to meet customer demands (both international and domestic).

Position: 2nd Shift Machine Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.
Pay: $18 USD/hr
Responsibilities
Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
Track block numbers.
Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
Qualifications
Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment.
High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
Analytical and structured work approach.
Physical Demands
Position may require periods of intense physical exertion in conditions of low to high temperatures and humidity.
Position requires the ability to stand, bend, and stretch over extended periods of time during a normal work shift.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Schedule
Monday through Friday
3:30pm - 12:00am
Flexibility is a must - hours subject to change based on production schedule

Machine Operator III - All 3 shifts
SUMMARY - Set-up, adjust and safely operate on a variety of machines to cut and slot partitions from several types of roll stock to specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Work from pattern to mount and adjust dies, guides, feed, speed, tension, etc.
Recognize any and all operating problems and make adjustments to accommodate subtle stock variations, worn dies, humidity, etc.
May move and change rolls, make routine machine repairs, including lubrication.
Move strip loads and scrap loads.
Operate machines and hand tools, hand and power trucks.
Use the following inspection and test gear: board gauge, rule, patterns and stop watch (to time production speed).
Full responsibility for set-ups and/or work preparation. Seek coordinator's help under unusual circumstances.
Responsible for product quality. (Set-ups are checked by others.)
Record and report times and material produced.
Record and report production and/or equipment problems.
May answer questions in stacking and packing procedures.
Report personnel inadequacies.
Participate in cross-training.
Practices and promotes safe work practices. Report unsafe working practices.
Maintains a satisfactory productivity rating.
Proactively helps to create and work within a team-based environment and practices effective communication skills.
Trains other team members and retain and apply job knowledge.
Demonstrates good problem-solving skills.
Notifies appropriate personnel of machine repairs and/or any unsafe conditions.
Possess a working knowledge of material/ inventory identification.
Requisitions parts and supplies.
Works from a manufacturing requirements schedule.
Performs routine preventive maintenance as necessary.
Performs other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS - Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
