Maintenance Maintain a 5S mentality (Sort, Straighten, Sustain, Shine, Systemize) This is a USALCO philosophy to maintain a clean and orderly plant and includes inspecting your area and returning any and all tools, equipment, hoses, etc. to its proper place and maintain a clean work environment Inspect plant equipment daily and report any issues to the supervisor Assist in routine maintenance activities, including but not limited to: pipe and valve installation, pump replacement, etc. Willing to work overtime, provide physical labor and occasional weekend work as required to meet business requirements.
