Lynden Transport is hiring for our Dock to Driver Training Program designed to pay for CDL Training for employees who would like to obtain their Class A CDL. Successful candidates will be hired as Freight Operations. While working as Freight Operations the employee will receive training on the dock/yard. Pay Rate: $23.50 The primary focus of the Warehouse II role is movement of product within the warehouse. In addition, this role will serve as back-up delivery driver for non-CDL trucks. Inspect and remove defective products and packaging materials. Manage machine change over's including sanitizing machine for species or allergen changes. Run labels according to product specifications. Ensure that proper safety and sanitation measures are followed by instructing employees on proper company procedures and then monitoring personnel to make sure all procedures are being followed. Ensure smooth flow of work by monitoring production on the processing machine operation (Spice Blending, Shaking, Stuffing, and Delinking).
