General Summary

Provide assistance to Department Specialists, i.e. price changes, special orders.

Communicate any Store Support Center issue to General Manager for follow up.

Participate in store meetings.
Be professional in appearance and actions.
Perform all other duties as assigned.

**Overall responsibilities:**
+ Growing and entrenching business by expanding or cross selling the American Express B2B payment suite to existing GCG/LM clients.

Ensure vessel navigation equipment, VHF Radios, machinery, rigging, and all related equipment are in operating order.
Maintenance of an accurate and current log.
Timely investigate all accidents occurring during their shift involving boat and crew and make reports to the main office.
Qualifications

Must possess a valid U.S. Coast Guard issued Merchant Mariner Credential: Master of Towing Vessels Upon Western Rivers.
Must have a valid TWIC card, Radar Observer Certificate and Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
