The HP Indigo Professional Service team is seeking a dynamic, customer-centric individual to join our elite team of Production Specialists. The role involves delivering Value Added Professional Services (Production Ramp, Production Optimizations - Color and Materials in the future) on Commercial and Labels and Packaging press platforms, Digital Front End, and providing all-around Industrial Print production support at customer sites.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Execute HP Indigo Value Added Services Visits at customer sites based on prescribed scope and content.

**Color expertise and press production knowledge** are especially

**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate degree holder (technical field) with 5-7 years of working experience in related fields.
+ Prior Technical Training experience
+ Prior experience working in a Digital or Offset Printing environment, Press Operation and / or Production Management.
+ Experience with Industrial Printing Press technologies and Workflow solutions.

Qualifications

In this position, the individual will lead contract funded and IR&D programs/projects through the full lifecycle (concept through final delivery/warranty services). Programs/Projects consist of R&D, embedded product development, and large-scale system deployments. A wide range of technical areas are covered, including frequency and time, GPS/GNSS, PNT (position, navigation, and time), RF and signal processing, metrology, and data analysis. The successful candidate must have experience with complex, multidisciplinary development and/or installation programs/projects. Responsible for IMS, forecast, and resource plan creation and execution as well as to identify, status, and mitigate risks. The Technical Program Manager will need to manage multidisciplinary, matrixed teams through schedule and personnel effectively. The ideal candidate has a general understanding of the supply chain and experience with hardware tracking and ordering, coordinating with buyers, planners, and vendors, requesting, and negotiating quotes and timeliness establishing alternative solutions, when needed. * Perform vulnerability testing using system test tools (i.e., ACAS/Nessus, Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and/or Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)) and remediate flaws within the directed timeframe.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field; or 7+ years of directly related experience.
* Proven experience in network architecture and switch configuration (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or similar).
* Strong Linux administration and integration experience (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar).
* Proficiency in Python and shell scripting for automation tasks.
* Hands-on experience with hardware integration and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and STIG compliance.
* Strong problem-solving, documentation, and collaboration skills.
* Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
* Active Top Secret Clearance
Preferred:
* Certifications such as CCNA, RHCSA, or Network+.
* Experience with version control (Mercurial or Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Familiarity with virtualization or containerization (VMware, Docker, etc.).
* Exposure to secure system design and compliance-based environments.
* Prior experience working in a classified or restricted network environment is a plus.
Travel:
* Up to 30% travel may be required, including domestic and international travel, to support project integration, testing, customer site support, or technical reviews.
