Oversee the development and maintenance of the Airtable marketing web application
Lead and mentor the web development team, setting technical standards and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders to align web solutions with business objectives

Migrate the website to a new infrastructure system and optimize for performance and scalability

Who you are
5+ years of experience as a web developer, with a strong portfolio of high-quality web projects
Deep experience with React, Typescript, and Next.js
Proficient in working with CMS platforms, especially Contentful, and building flexible, reusable components
Demonstrated expertise in web performance optimization and solving complex performance issues
Experience with SEO best practices and tooling
Skilled in web hosting platforms such as Netlify, Heroku or similar
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design, ensuring pixel-perfect implementation
Proven ability to mentor and guide other developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer to support the 60th Maintenance Group (MXG) at Travis Air Force Base. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, test, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET, Java, PL/SQL, T-SQL, ASP, XML, HTML5, VB, and other modern languages.
Perform database administration, ensuring timely backups, recovery processes, and data integrity.
Administer and maintain web services on the Air Force Network (AFNet), ensuring adherence to DoD security policies and STIG compliance.
Coordinate with stakeholders to design, enhance, and troubleshoot web-based applications, including the integration of legacy systems with newer infrastructure solutions.
Implement best practices for cybersecurity, including encryption, authentication, and defense-in-depth security measures.
Support disaster recovery and data backup procedures, ensuring daily backups and weekly off-site rotations.
Provide customer support and training on developed applications, ensuring seamless user experience and minimal downtime.

On-Site Requirement:

Remote or telework options are not available due to the nature of the work and security requirements.
Work Hours:
