Upon picking up furniture, confirm that all items are in good condition and notify the manager of any damage or missing items. If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck. Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management. Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace. Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves. Receive a floorplan and instruct and execute the delivery with other helpers. The Driver/Installer must wear the uniform provided by AFR at all times during work hours.
