We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Sign Face Vacuum former. This position involves forming plastic sign faces using vacuum-forming equipment, trimming and finishing parts, and maintaining high-quality production standards. Responsibilities: Operate vacuum-forming machines to produce custom sign faces Prepare molds, plastic sheets, and materials for each job Trim, finish, and inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with setup, loading/unloading materials, and other production tasks as needed Requirements: Experience with vacuum-forming or plastic fabrication preferred (will train the right person) Ability to read and follow work orders and measurements Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 6:45am-3:30pm Pay: Based on experience Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement
