Job Summary:
Performs a variety of administrative duties in support of GWH's eComm store. Responsible for preparing written descriptions of items for sale, integrating product information into the store software, assisting in selecting and processing items as needed, cleaning and displaying merchandise, tracking items, and helping facilitate shipping as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receives items from the processing area and initiates steps to integrate products into the store.

GENERAL QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
Experience in interviewing and collections related to child support. Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent. Experience and education may be substituted for one another.
Knowledge of child support laws, policies, principles, and practices; and of investigative practices and techniques. Skill in interviewing and conducting investigations, and in operation of computers and applicable computer software. Install and repair extensive sprinkler systems.
Read moderately complex drawings, sketches, and blueprints to determine details of assigned tasks, perform material take-offs, order materials and supplies, and plan/schedule task sequences and time allotments.
Inspect existing structures to determine and follow best methods and sequences to accomplish work orders or daily schedules of work on assigned tasks and notifies management of any noted building issues.
Perform as crew leader for multiple-employee tasks.
Complete appropriate documents, work orders, reports to include but not limited to documenting length of time spent on each job, materials used, and describing work completed.
May work hours beyond and other than normal work hours including holidays and weekends as needed. May work other than normal hours to accomplish special projects or respond to off-hours maintenance emergencies as needed.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS and REQUIREMENTS:
Education - High School Diploma/equivalent.
Experience - Minimum of two (2) years' experience performing building trades work on commercial or residential projects and attainment of competent skills in at least one (1) skills area (frame or finish carpentry, plumbing, sanitation, painting, etc.).
Substitution Note:
Technical school training in a skilled construction trade (as listed above) may substitute for the required work experience at the rate of six (6) months of full-time training equal to one (1) year of full-time work experience. If used to substitute for the required work experience, satisfactory completion of the training must be provided (certificate, transcript, etc.).
Licensure and/or Certification - If driving is required, must possess a valid driver license from state of residence. May be required to obtain a pesticide applicator license.
Regulatory knowledge - Working knowledge of building maintenance/construction in designated skilled trades and some knowledge in other related building trades. Basic understanding of building codes such as Fire Codes, American with Disabilities Act, etc. or ability to learn how they apply to facilities. The ability to rapidly assimilate information related to TXDPS, State and Federal regulations, legislation, guidelines, policies and procedures.
Maintenance knowledge - Skill in the use of hand and power tools to accomplish tasks involved in maintenance, repair, dismantling, construction, refresh, and remodeling of the building structures. Preparing and administering personnel and disciplinary actions.
Ensures store supplies and bank orders are placed in a timely manner.
Supervise and assist with the training and development of Team Members.
Help ensure the proper handling and processing of incoming donation flow in and out of the store by always utilizing proper equipment according to GWH policies and procedures.
Coach by Walking Around (CBWA) for approximately 80% of the time on duty to ensure team members are meeting minimum expectations.
Accurately operate all store systems and ensure financial and statistical counts are completed (donor counts, production standards, etc.).
Help ensure the timeliness of proper rotation of apparel and hard goods according to GWH policies and procedures.
Must be punctual and have dependable attendance.

Position Summary:
Responsible for sorting through soft line donations, separating sellable items from outlet products, and ensuring these items are appropriately hung on hangers and by department and category. Price basic clothing items using default pricing standards and name-brand clothing items according to GWH Guidelines. Responsible for processing these soft line donations from the backroom, ensuring merchandise is ready to be moved to the sales floor. Responsible for performing assigned duties and working within the framework of GWH's Mission and all policies and procedures. To ensure the efficient and cost-effective operation and stewardship of GWH donations to maximize profitability and enhance our Mission.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for sorting soft goods (clothing, linens, etc.) according to GWH guidelines to maximize production.
· Price merchandise by using the current GWH baseline pricing guidelines.
· Keep abreast of industry trends, merchandising, and competitive pricing.
· Carefully inspect all items to ensure they meet GWH quality standards.
· Responsible for hanging all approved sorted goods on appropriate hangers.
· Ensure that all hung goods are placed in size order by department.
· Ability to work quickly to meet the required GWH production standards.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Greet each customer and assist with basic questions about store operations and merchandise as needed.
