In this role, you'll provide individualized assistance to students with diverse learning profiles, offering direct instruction, intervention, and classroom support. Position Overview: Provide specialized academic support in key areas such as reading, writing, and math. Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs that reflect student goals and follow district guidelines. Support student development in social skills, emotional regulation, and executive functioning. Partner with teachers, families, and service providers to ensure coordinated and effective student support. Requirements Active Minnesota teaching license with Special Education endorsement. Prior experience in special education or a related teaching role, with demonstrated success supporting students with diverse needs.
