The Impact Support the portfolio team's demand intake process, including triage, discovery, and stakeholder engagement to ensure accurate and complete data capture. Analyze rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates, CBAs, project approval, and funding data quality to support informed decision-making. Partner with ETX stakeholders to facilitate portfolio prioritization and maintain the prioritized project portfolio list with budgeted costs. Key Qualifications Proven experience in IT portfolio management, demand/capacity management, and financial oversight. Experience with Clarity PPM, including forecasting, resource management, and reporting. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and inform stakeholders at all levels. Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and performance tracking.
