What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.

Our client, a privately held global energy company is seeking an attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel, Construction for two entities within the construction segment of the organization.
This is an exciting new position reporting directly to the VP, General Counsel & Assistant Secretary of Construction and will be on the cutting edge of energy delivery and AI data centers. This is an onsite position located at the company's headquarters in Overland Park, KS.
This role offers the chance to provide day-to-day transactional and project support to senior leadership, including drafting and negotiating EPC agreements, construction contracts, purchase and sale agreements, guarantees, and other complex commercial documents. The role also includes risk management, compliance, claims, and post-award project support.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of transactional experience in the power, construction, or heavy infrastructure space who enjoys interacting with business people including operations, finance, and project management teams. Position is onsite at company offices in Overland Park, KS.
