Job Requirement:
Must comply with local and South Carolina licensing laws and regulations as well as spa procedures
Ideally, looking for someone with 1 to 3+ years of experience with skincare, facials, and hair removal services
High level attention to ethical standards, client confidentiality and a safe working environment
Excellent customer service skills and providing an exemplary client experience
Past retail experience required, strong knowledge of facial products and can show a history of exceeding product sales goals
Team oriented and ability to work well with managers and colleagues
Remain current on certifications and update as Cosmetology license requires
Attend mandatory meetings, training, and spa events
Able to work flexible days and hours, reliability is a must
Professional manner, discretion and appearance
Maintain treatment records that are recorded in a timely and detailed manner
Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday. We need someone to consistently keep their schedule the same throughout the year for the weekend shift.
