Responsibilities
Experience in operating dozers, excavators, rollers, articulated end dumps, scraper pans, and loaders
In depth knowledge of site construction means & methods, equipment utilization, earthwork operations and /or Utility Operations (sanitary sewer, drainage and water installation)
Performs routine inspection and maintenance on vehicles such as checking oil, water, tires, greasing, etc.
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Thorough experience operating in close quarters
Maneuvering motorized heavy equipment to ensure the accurate removal and placement of materials.
Loading and offloading soil, rocks, debris, and/or other materials from heavy equipment.

We're currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with at least 10 years of commercial and high-density residential site design and permitting experience to work within our civil engineering team at EPDS.
Candidate will work full-time in our creative office located in Piscataway, NJ.
Responsibilities
Oversee a team of civil engineers and designers
Project Coordination, including conferring with Ownership, attorneys, Land Development, Architecture, etc. for the purpose of preparing a comprehensive site plan designs and applications
Zoning Reviews of municipal zoning and land development ordinances and applicable agency regulations to determine land development limitations for the property
Site Investigation & Due Diligence, including the review of ordinances, utility service research, outside agency regulations and site visits to establish comprehensive development guidelines
Preparation of Concept Drawings based upon Ownership's development objectives and conclusions of due diligence. Involves preparation of concept plan and drafting
Civil engineering design for site/land development projects including, but not limited to the following:
Site layout
Grading design including earthwork analysis, site grading and ADA compliance
Design of utility systems, including stormwater runoff & conveyance, sanitary sewer collection, water distribution, etc.
Soil Erosion & Sediment Control Design, including stability calculations, Best Management Practices, swale design, spillway design, and determination of construction sequence
Construction phase services in review of shop drawings and submittals for the construction phases of projects
Preparation of Written Correspondence with outside agencies, Ownership, attorneys, contractor, etc.
Preparation of technical reports including drainage, sanitary sewer and site Investigation reports
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Minimum 10 years of commercial & residential site design and permitting experience
Professional Engineer License
Understand jurisdictional requirements
Understanding of NJ Residential Site Improvement Standards (RSIS)
Construction/constructability expertise as it relates to production of design drawings and resolution of field issues
Foundation/geotechnical experience and understanding
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Drainage Software - Storm CAD, Hydroflow, HydroCAD
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project

Strong organizational skills

We're currently seeking a Property Management Accounts Receivable/ Collections for our multi-family portfolio of properties, with at least 2 years of general accounting experience.
Candidate will work full-time in our corporate office located in Piscataway, NJ.
Responsibilities
This position is accountable to ensure accounting records are accurate and collections are maximized on full portfolio of properties. Other duties include but not limited to:
Follow established procedures for processing checks, cash, & credit card payments
Analyze resident ledgers for accuracy and suggest and make adjustments as needed
Non-Sufficient Fund posting and communicating with property sites
Research and resolve payment discrepancies/customer queries as needed
Review accounts receivable reports for delinquencies & and prepayments
Assist with collection efforts
Post Rents and late fees each month for all properties in portfolio
Work with site managers to ensure late fee notices and 72 hour notices for eviction are posted on time and follow-up with managers on eviction proceedings
Track and enforce payment plans and consents
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
Assist with month-end closing
Collect data and prepare/review weekly & monthly reports
Ensure that accounting records are current including data transfer between software programs and making journal entries
Complete bank statement reconciliations and escrow account management
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma required
BA/BS Preferred
Knowledge of accounts receivable. accounts payable, bookkeeping & general accounting
Knowledge of office administration and procedures
Proficient in relevant computer software
Windows
Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook)
OneSite RealPage preferred
2-3 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
Property management/Real estate experience preferred.
